Experience

• Fresher or 0–2 Years Experience

• Experience in telecalling, travel sales, or customer support will be preferred.

Salary

Job Responsibilities

• Call leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, Google, WhatsApp, and other sources.

• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.

• Explain package details, pricing, offers, and inclusions.

• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Follow up regularly with interested customers.

• Maintain customer records in CRM.

• Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Provide excellent customer service before and after booking.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).

• Confident and polite speaking skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle customer objections.

• Strong follow-up skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Target-oriented mindset.

Qualification

• Minimum: 12th Pass

• Graduate preferred

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

• 9 Hours Shift

• 6 Days Working

• Weekly Off as per company policy
