Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
• Conduct (deliver) scheduled product demos to prospective customers
• Handle objections, answer queries, and showcase product value
• Convert demos into sales/revenue (primary conversion owner)
• Proactively make calls to set up own demos as needed
• Maintain accurate CRM records and daily reporting
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Number of demos delivered per week/month
• Demo-to-sale conversion rate (%)
• Revenue generated from demos
• Number of self-sourced demos
• CRM update accuracy
Requirements:
• 6 Months–3 years sales experience (edtech, banking, consumer sales preferred)
• Fluent in Kannada & English (must)
• Strong demo/presentation skills, conversion focus, and accountability
