Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Tele Sales Executive to drive our B2B sales efforts. You will be the face of our company for incoming leads, responsible for converting interest into long-term partnerships. Your primary goal is to consult with businesses on how our Official WhatsApp Business API solutions can revolutionize their communication, marketing, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Actively engage with inbound leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to understand their business requirements.
Product Demos: Conduct online demonstrations of our WhatsApp SaaS platform, highlighting features like automated flows, chatbots, and broadcast marketing.
Consultative Selling: Analyze a client’s current workflow and suggest how our API solution can integrate and improve their ROI.
Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing the deal.
Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and deal stages in our CRM.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, or SaaS (Experience in CPaaS or WhatsApp API sales is a huge plus).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts simply.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (like HubSpot/Zoho) and conducting virtual meetings (Zoom/Google Meet).
Mindset: A "closer" mentality with a strong sense of urgency and persistence.
Relationship Building: Ability to build trust quickly with business owners, marketing heads, and IT managers.
