Business Development Executive (BDE)
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join Blueville Retails Pvt. Ltd. and drive franchise sales and business expansion for Bestway Supermart.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month (in-hand) + Performance-Based Incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through outbound calls and online platforms.
Identify potential franchise investors and explain business opportunities.
Conduct client meetings via phone calls and Google Meet.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into franchise deals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.
Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with internal teams.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0–3 years in sales or business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Strong organizational skills and a target-oriented approach.
