1. Role Overview
A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth through sales and strategic partnerships.
2. Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through various channels (calls, emails, networking, etc.)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
Present company products/services to prospective clients
Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve targets
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies
Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions
Attend meetings, events, and conferences to expand business network
3. Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
4. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Prior experience in sales or business development (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level)
