We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and its services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
