Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with prospects to close sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily sales reports and update the sales pipeline.
Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good interpersonal and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B software or IT sales will be an added advantage.
