Roles & Responsibilities

• Talk to students and understand their education, career goals, and learning interests.

• Guide students in choosing the right upskilling program based on their needs.

• Explain course details, curriculum, fees, university partnerships, and career opportunities in a simple and clear way.

• Follow up with interested students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

• Help students throughout the admission process and answer their questions.

• Build good relationships with students by providing honest guidance and support.

• Keep track of student interactions and update details in the CRM or tracking system.

• Work closely with the marketing team by sharing student feedback and suggestions to improve the admission process.

• Complete daily communication and follow-up activities to support admission goals.

• Continuously learn about the programs and improve your communication and counseling skills.

Qualification:-

● Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.

● Experience : 6 Months - 2 years can apply.
