About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented Business Development Executives to join our real estate sales team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Candidates should have a basic understanding of the real estate industry and, most importantly, the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects.

Explain project details, location, pricing, payment plans, and available facilities to clients.

Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Follow up regularly with leads and convert prospects into bookings.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.

Stay updated about company projects and developments in the real estate market.

Requirements

Freshers can apply.

Experience in real estate sales/business development will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of the real estate sector is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Should be confident while speaking with clients.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and sales-oriented mindset.

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Office, and CRM will be an advantage.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
