Role Overview

Insta Courier and Logistics Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Business Advisor to join our growing team. This role is central to our operational excellence, requiring a professional who can bridge the gap between complex data management and practical business support. You will ensure our logistics data is flawless while assisting in key administrative and reporting processes that drive our "Fast & Secure" delivery promise.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management & Integrity: Manage and update logistics information accurately to ensure smooth parcel distribution and warehouse operations.

• Accuracy & Quality Control: Verify shipping and operational data, identify irregularities, and implement corrections to maintain our high service standards.

• Records Governance: Maintain organized digital and physical records, ensuring data is easily retrievable for audits and daily logistics tracking.

• Operational Support: Perform administrative tasks to support various departments, including franchise support and vendor coordination.

• Strategic Reporting: Generate detailed performance reports and summaries to assist management in optimizing delivery routes and business decisions.

• Confidentiality: Protect sensitive company and client information at all times, adhering to our strict data privacy policies.

Job Requirements

• Education: 10th 12th gradute.

• Experience:fresher as well a experienced

• Core Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel/Logistics software.

• Work Schedule: Must be available for [Working Days Monday to Saturday] during the [Shift Day.

• Soft Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
