JOB DESCRIPTION – TELESALES EXECUTIVE

Position: Telesales Executive
Department: Sales / Customer Acquisition
Salary: ₹20,000 CTC Per Month
In-Hand Salary: Approx. ₹16,500 Per Month (After PF & ESI Deductions)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Both Can Apply

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain company products and services to customers.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Follow up with interested customers.

• Maintain customer information and update calling records.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good convincing and sales skills.

• Ability to achieve sales targets.

• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-based environment.

Salary Details

• Monthly CTC: ₹20,000

• Approx. In-Hand Salary: ₹16,500

• PF & ESI deductions applicable as per company policy and statutory rules.
