About the job

As a Telecaller at ShopGroww, you will have the opportunity to showcase your excellent English and Hindi proficiency skills while driving sales and contributing to the growth of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, presenting our products and services in a compelling manner to drive sales. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to our products and services
2. Following up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales
3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in MS-Excel
4. Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
5. Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner
6. Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate with customers
7. Meeting daily and weekly call quotas to ensure productivity and success in the role.
