Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote ACT broadband and digital services and explain available plans/offers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans.
• Generate leads and hand over qualified leads to field sales teams.
• Follow up with customers who have shown interest but not converted.
• Record customer interactions, update CRM, and process orders accurately.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Requirements:
• Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in telesales/voice process/outbound calling.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Proficiency in English; Hindi/Kannada added advantage.
• Ability to work in office (6-day working, rotational shifts).
• Target-driven and customer-focused.
