We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Telecallers / Sales Executives to join our growing sales team.
Experience in telesales/telecalling is mandatory. Candidates with experience in Ayurvedic, Healthcare, Wellness, Nutraceutical or other target-based sales processes will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer leads and convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Explain products and offers effectively over calls.
- Regular follow-up with interested customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat sales.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior Telecalling / Telesales experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good sales closing and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are not eligible.
Salary & Benefits:
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance, plus attractive performance-based incentives.
