🔎 Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls

• Promote and up-sell banking, telecom, insurance, and e-commerce products/services

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate customer interaction records

• Deliver excellent customer service and professional communication

• Support customers with documentation and process-related queries

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduation Preferred

• Freshers & Experienced Candidates Both Can Apply

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience preferred for certain processes

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required

• Excellent English communication skills preferred for international/domestic voice processes

• Hindi communication skills mandatory

• Odia communication skills mandatory for Odia voice process

• Bengali communication skills mandatory for Bengali voice process

• Immediate joiners will be given preference

💰 Salary & Benefits

🔹 Salary Range

• CTC: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month

• In-Hand Salary: ₹14,500 to ₹22,000 per month
