A Tele Sales Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers via phone to promote products/services, generate leads, and close sales.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Explain products or services clearly and persuasively
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries
Maintain a database of customer interactions (CRM updates)
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Coordinate with the sales team or field executives if needed
🎯 Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasion and negotiation ability
Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Excel, etc.)
Good listening skills and patience
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
🎓 Qualifications
Minimum: 12th pass or graduate
Prior sales or call center experience is a plus
