BPO Telecaller

• Outbound & Inbound Calling: Calling potential leads and existing patients to schedule clinic appointments or consultations.

• Lead Follow-up: Following up with patients regarding their treatment plans, health check-ups, and wellness programs.

• Information Sharing: Explaining Madhavbaug’s multidisciplinary and Ayurvedic cardiac/diabetes care therapies and services.

• Data Maintenance: Accurately logging call outcomes, patient details, and follow-up dates in the clinic’s database.

• Typical Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th pass

• Skills: Good communication and persuasion skills (Marathi, Hindi, and English), basic computer knowledge, and a customer-friendly attitude.

• Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates (1-2 years) are hired, with higher pay offered based on relevant BPO or healthcare sales experience.

• Gender: Many clinic locations specifically prefer female candidates for patient care and front-office coordination roles.

Work Environment & Logistics

• Shift Timings: Usually standard day shifts (e.g., 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
