Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, pitching our products/services, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion abilities, and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/database.

• Explain and promote products/services to customers and persuade them to make a purchase.

• Understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly.

• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in the CRM.

• Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for improved strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

• Experience: Prior experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a related role is preferred but not mandatory.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [mention languages if required].

• Persuasion Skills: Strong ability to convince and influence potential customers.

• Customer Handling: Good listening skills and a customer-first attitude.
