We are looking for a BPO Telecaller to join our team at Shreshrey Card Services Private Limited. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to handle outbound calls, generate leads, and promote our products/services. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
Explain products/services clearly and professionally
Generate leads and sales opportunities
Maintain and update customer databases
Follow up on leads and inquiries
Handle customer queries and objections effectively
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6 months of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
