Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven VRM (Virtual Relationship Manager) – Sales Outbound Executive to join our team at SBI Mutual Fund. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound sales activities, engaging with potential and existing customers, and promoting mutual fund products effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Promote and sell SBI Mutual Fund products
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable investment solutions
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably outbound sales)
Graduate (mandatory) in any discipline
Excellent communication skills with strong command over English
Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively
Basic understanding of financial products will be an added advantage
