Telecaller – Gig Worker Hiring

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to support our gig worker hiring process. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential gig workers, explaining job opportunities, and assisting them with onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential gig workers.

• Explain delivery job opportunities available with Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, BigBasket, Instamart, and other platforms.

• Convince interested candidates to complete the onboarding process.

• Follow up with candidates until successful onboarding.

• Maintain candidate details and update the hiring status.

• Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets.

Salary & Incentives

• First Month: Performance-based / incentive-based payout.

• From Second Month: ₹2,000–₹3,000 fixed salary, based on performance and continuation.

• Additional incentives may be provided based on successful onboardings.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic Hindi and English communication.

• Smartphone and stable internet connection.

• Comfortable making multiple calls every day.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Prior telecalling/recruitment experience is an advantage.
