Job Title: BPO Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers for our BPO operations. The role involves handling outbound and/or inbound calls, assisting customers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers or handle inbound inquiries
Provide accurate information about products/services
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system
Follow communication scripts while handling calls
Achieve daily and monthly call targets
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English required)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customer conversations confidently
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Preferred Skills:

Strong communication and listening skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Problem-solving skills
