Job Summary

Cam z Plus is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products and services, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain Cam z Plus products and services clearly and professionally.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Follow up with customers to close sales and maintain relationships.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM or company database.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or inside sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (Hindi/Telugu or other local languages are an advantage).

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
