We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader with strong knowledge of MBA and PGDM courses to lead our team and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve business targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and conversion rates.
- Possess strong knowledge of MBA and PGDM courses, colleges, admission processes, and eligibility criteria.
- Guide team members in student counselling and client handling.
- Ensure effective follow-ups with prospective students.
- Handle escalations and resolve student queries.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and team efficiency.
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in management consultancy, education consultancy, or admissions.
- Good knowledge of MBA and PGDM programs and admission procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong client-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on results.
