Job Description:

SSC Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Team Leader for our Credit Card & Loan Process. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in sales processes, and the ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Monitor team performance and ensure productivity

Handle escalations and support team members in closing cases

Maintain quality, compliance, and process adherence

Prepare daily MIS and performance reports

Conduct regular training and coaching sessions

Coordinate with management for process improvement

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Team Leader in Credit Card / Loan sales

Strong knowledge of banking and financial products

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, MIS reporting)

Result-oriented and team-driven mindset
