Job Title:

Team Leader / Manager – Loan Sales (Personal Loan / Business Loan / Credit Card)

Job Location:

Dwarka Mor, Near Metro Station, Delhi

Job Type:

Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the tele-calling sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets

Guide the team in selling Personal Loans, Business Loans, Credit Cards, and Overdraft products

Monitor team performance and provide regular training, feedback, and motivation

Handle customer queries and ensure proper resolution

Oversee the complete sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement

Maintain daily sales reports and team performance reports

Ensure high-quality customer interaction and improve conversion rates

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing of applications

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)

Basic knowledge of loan products and sales process

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

Qualification:

Graduate (Preferred) / 12th Pass (with relevant experience)

Experience:

1–3 years in sales/telecalling (Loan or BFSI sector preferred)

Prior Team Leader experience is an added advantage

Salary & Incentives:

₹12,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on experience)

Attractive incentives up to ₹1,00,000
