• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Record customer interactions and update relevant details.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution.

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
