Job Title: Sales Team Leader (Digital Marketing Agency)

Experience Required:

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales, with at least 2 years of experience leading a sales team.

• Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and motivate our sales team in a fast-paced digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing a team, and generating business for digital marketing services. Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives.

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure timely achievement.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.

• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients for digital marketing services.

• Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

• Conduct sales training and skill development sessions for team members.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

• Coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams for seamless project execution.

• Resolve client concerns and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Ensure the team follows sales processes, CRM updates, and reporting standards.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Performance Marketing, etc.).

• Target-driven with a strong focus on revenue generation.

• Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.

• Ability to motivate, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• MBA is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory.

• Proven experience in handling and leading a sales team of 10members.

• Strong record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

• Positive attitude, strong leadership qualities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
