Job Title: Team Leader – Telesales (Amazon Process)
Location: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC + Incentives
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Telesales/Sales, preferably with Team Leader experience
Job Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to achieve sales targets.
Monitor daily team performance, calls, productivity, and conversions.
Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions to improve team performance.
Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing sales.
Track team KPIs and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
Ensure adherence to process, quality, and company policies.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Good knowledge of telesales and sales processes.
Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
