Job Title: Team Leader – Telesales
Job Summary:
A results-driven Team Leader responsible for managing, guiding, and motivating a team of telesales executives to achieve sales targets, improve customer engagement, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and support a team of telesales executives to meet and exceed sales targets
Monitor daily calling activities, performance metrics, and conversion rates
Provide training, coaching, and continuous feedback to improve team performance
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and scripts
Handle escalated customer queries and ensure prompt resolution
Maintain team discipline, productivity, and motivation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Collaborate with management to set targets and improve processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
Skills & Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven experience in telesales or customer service (preferably in a leadership role)
Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to motivate and drive team performance
Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Experience:
Minimum 6 months- 3 years of experience in telesales/customer service
Prior experience as a Team Leader preferred
