Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Sales Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of B2B sales executives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and sales skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of B2B sales executives.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Monitor team performance, productivity, and conversion rates.

• Handle outbound sales calls, lead generation, and client acquisition.

• Train team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and objection handling.

• Monitor daily sales reports and maintain performance trackers.

• Support team members in closing deals and handling client queries.

• Ensure proper follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and conversion rates.

• Coordinate with management to share sales updates and performance reports.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role.

• Prior experience handling or leading a sales team is preferred.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• Candidates with relevant B2B sales experience will be preferred.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
