We are hiring a BPO Manager – Loan Process to lead and manage our telecalling and sales operations for Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan and LAP Processes. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily team operations, monitoring lead generation and conversion, maintaining calling quality, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth coordination with banks/NBFC partners. Key responsibilities include managing Team Leaders and telecallers, tracking performance reports, improving productivity, training staff, handling escalations, and implementing strategies to increase business growth. The ideal candidate should have 3–6 years of experience in BPO/Loan sales management, strong leadership and communication skills, target-oriented thinking, and experience in DSA, NBFC, or banking processes.
