Roles & Responsibilities

As Area Sales Manager (ASM) – B2B Sales, your responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:

1. Developing and implementing regional B2B sales strategies to achieve business

growth and revenue targets.

2. Identifying, acquiring, and managing corporate clients, channel partners,

distributors, and franchise opportunities across the assigned region.

3. Leading, mentoring, and monitoring the performance of the regional sales team to

ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

4. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers, business

associates, and strategic partners.

5. Conducting regular client meetings, business presentations, field visits, and market

surveys to expand the company's market presence.

6. Identifying new business opportunities through market research, competitor

analysis, and customer feedback.

7. Preparing sales forecasts, business reports, MIS, and performance reviews for

management regularly.

8. Coordinating with the Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to

ensure smooth execution of business activities and excellent customer service.

9. Monitoring regional sales performance, revenue generation, customer acquisition,

and profitability while taking corrective actions whenever required.

10. Representing the company at business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry-related programs to strengthen the company's brand presence.

11. Ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining confidentiality of business

information, and performing any other duties assigned by the management from

time to time.
