Counselor Executive - WTF Academy

Location: Sector 9, Noida

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000/month

Experience: 1-3 years

Reports To: Academy Sales Manager

Timing: 10am to 7pm

Role Overview:

Convert inquiries into enrollments for WTF Academy certification programs

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, web leads)

2. Counsel prospective students on course benefits and career paths

3. Conduct follow-ups and nurture leads through enrollment

4. Achieve daily/weekly enrollment targets

5. Update CRM with lead status and notes

6. Coordinate with operations for batch scheduling

7. Handle objections and close enrollments

Must Haves:

• 1-3 years in tele-sales or inside sales

• Ed-tech or training institute experience preferred

• Fluent in Hindi and English

• Target-driven mindset

• Good telephone etiquette

Good to Have:

• Fitness industry knowledge

• Experience with CRM tools

• Counseling or career guidance experience

Education: Graduate

Preferred Background: Ed-tech, Training Institutes, Coaching Centers, Online Education

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred
