JOB DESCRIPTION
Understanding the services offered by the Company.
Calling New & Existing Clients and counsel them about the program.
Updating the database with all client information.
Using a Sales script to handle the client efficiently.
Building a strong relationship with new and existing clients.
Voice process – calling the students, converting into admissions.
Targets – Team targets have to be achieved by 5-6 members.
Providing excellent customer service to the clients.
Answering to client question in regards to the services offered by the company.
Adhering to Company rules & regulation.
Consistently meet the goals set for each Career Counselor
Must have strong interpersonal sensitivities and skills
