Job Title: Senior Admission Counsellor
Job Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities
Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Guide students throughout the admission process
Maintain accurate lead and student records in CRM
Handle objections and provide proper counselling to convert leads
Support junior counsellors and assist in team coordination when required
Required Skills:
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good knowledge of EdTech sales and admission process
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in lead conversion and student counselling
Eligibility:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Admission Counselling/Sales
Candidates from EdTech industry only
Team handling experience will be an added advantage
