With experienced faculty, structured study material, and result-oriented teaching methodologies, the academy aims to help students achieve academic excellence and success in competitive examinations.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Explain course offerings, fee structures, scholarships, and admission procedures.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and admissions in the CRM/database.
Schedule counseling sessions and meetings for students and parents.
Handle inbound admission-related queries professionally.
Achieve monthly admission and lead-conversion targets.
Coordinate with the counseling and academic teams for smooth admission processing.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Fluency in Hindi; Odia and English will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduates preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
