About the Role:
The Admission Counselor will play a key role in recruiting and guiding prospective students through the
admission
process. This role involves assessing applications, providing information about programs, and assisting
students in
meeting academic and application requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills,
organizational abilities, and a passion for education

Key Responsibilities:
● Advise prospective students and their families on the admission process, academic programs, financial aid,
and campus life.
● Review and evaluate student applications, transcripts, and supporting documents for admission eligibility.
● Conduct individual and group information sessions, webinars, or presentations about the institution.
● Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other relevant
educational institutions.
● Assist with the planning and execution of recruitment events, including campus tours, college fairs, and
open houses.
● Guide prospective students in navigating the application system and submitting required documents.
● Track and maintain accurate records of prospective students and applications.
● Provide feedback to the admissions team regarding trends and challenges faced by prospective students.
● Stay up-to-date with changes in admission policies, academic programs, and university offerings.
