Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role

Do Education is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for counselling students, and the ability to convert prospective student enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.

Handle incoming leads and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Generate and convert admission enquiries into successful enrolments.

Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission processes.

Maintain student records, lead databases, and follow-up reports.

Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to business growth.

Provide a positive student experience throughout the admission journey.

Requirements

6 months - 5 years of experience in counselling, sales, or a similar role.

Experience in the education sector is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Basic computer knowledge .
