We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Sales / Tele Marketing Executive to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and schedule site visits for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills with a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Explain property details, pricing, and ongoing offers.

• Schedule site visits and follow up with interested clients.

• Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• Positive attitude with a customer-oriented approach.

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Tele Sales, Tele Marketing, or Real Estate (preferred).
