IICTN is a well-established and growing institute in the field of Beauty, Cosmetology, Skin Aesthetics, Hair Sciences and Nutrition.

We are hiring Tele-Career Counsellors / Admission Counsellors for our Noida Admission Office.

This role is suitable for professionals with prior experience in Tele-sales-education counselling or admission telesales who want to build a stable, long-term career in the education sector.

The position involves counselling students and working professionals for certification, diploma, and UGC-approved bachelor’s and master’s degree programs in Beauty, Cosmetology, Skin Aesthetics and related domains.

This is a tele-counselling and sales-focused, on-site role.

It does NOT involve academic teaching, freelancing, or work-from-home.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound calls related to course enquiries

• Counselling students and working professionals about suitable programs

• Explaining course structures, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes

• Managing leads, follow-ups and conversions through CRM

• Closing admissions and achieving enrolment targets

• Maintaining accurate records and daily reporting

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of experience in education counselling or admission telesales – mandatory

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems for lead management – mandatory

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

• Ability to handle targets, follow-ups and conversions independently

• Prior experience in the education or training industry preferred
