About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Academic Counsellors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the EdTech industry and strong communication and sales skills. This role involves interacting with students and parents, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them toward suitable courses or programs.
Key Requirements:
Prior experience in the EdTech sector is mandatory
Experience in Inside Sales, Outbound Calling, and Cold Calling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and follow-up processes is an added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents
Generate leads through calling, follow-ups, and referrals
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable academic programs
Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and enrollment processes
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates to ensure conversions
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for better engagement
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for students
