Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries.
Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable academic programs.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission status.
Assist students throughout the admission process, including documentation and fee collection.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for a seamless admission experience.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to maximize conversions.
Ensure a positive and professional counselling experience for every student.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong counselling, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an added advantage).
2–6 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Admissions, or a similar role.
Experience in EdTech, educational institutions, coaching institutes, or universities will be preferred.
