Work Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Experience Required: Minimum 1+ year in education counselling or

academic sales

Qualification: Graduate (Preferred – BCA / B.Tech / MCA background for

technical course counselling)

Counsellors – Level 2 to join our dynamic admissions team and play a key

role in guiding students toward the right academic path.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective students

and parents through various lead sources (in-house / microsites / digital

platforms).

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound

cold calls, and emails.

• Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrolments while consistently meeting

monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs.

• Understand student requirements, career goals, and preferences to

recommend suitable programs.

• Counsel students and parents on the admission process, eligibility, and

program benefits.

• Manage the entire end-to-end admission process efficiently and ensure

timely follow-up and closure.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads on CRM tools such as Lead square , Salesforce.

• Coordinate systematically with parents and internal departments for smooth

admissions handling.

• Support and participate in university events, education fairs, and counselling

sessions as required.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize

and build rapport with students and parents.

• Proven ability to work in a target-driven sales environment and achieve

enrolment goals.

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (LeadSquared, ExtraaEdge,

NoPaperForm).

• Strong presentation and listening skills; proficiency in multiple languages is

an advantage.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

• Familiarity with using diallers for outbound calling.

• Willingness to travel for events and activities when required.

• Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented individual with a positive

attitude.

• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
