Job Title: Site Engineer – Construction
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with 3–6 years of experience in construction to manage on-site activities and ensure projects are completed on time with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, plans, and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and project managers.
Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of resources.
Maintain quality control and ensure safety standards at the site.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Handle site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Ensure project completion within timelines and budget.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/BE).
3–6 years of experience in construction/site execution.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Ability to manage labor and contractors efficiently.
