We are seeking skilled Service Engineers to join our authorized service centre for the repair and maintenance of televisions, washing machines, refrigerators, and microwave ovens. The role requires technically qualified professionals with strong troubleshooting skills, customer-service orientation, and the ability to deliver quality repairs in line with manufacturer standards. Service technicians diagnose faults, repair or replace defective components, and ensure appliances function safely and reliably.

Job Profile

The Service Engineer will inspect, diagnose, and repair household appliances at the authorized service centre. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in electrical and electronic appliance servicing, knowledge of spare parts, testing instruments, and safety procedures, along with the ability to communicate repair requirements clearly to customers

Job Responsibilities

- Diagnose faults in TVs, washing machines, refrigerators, and microwave ovens.

- Repair, replace, and test faulty components as per service procedures.

- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure appliances meet safety and quality standards.

- Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and repair status updates.

- Interact professionally with customers and explain repair solutions.

- Follow workplace safety norms and maintain a clean, organized work area
