Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer with experience in Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Lithium-ion Battery, or Inverter Batteries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to customers at installation sites or locations where issues have arisen with the ESS system. This includes diagnosing and resolving technical problems, ensuring proper installation and functionality, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

 Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of ESS, Lithium-ion Battery, and Inverter Batteries.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer locations.

• Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components as needed.

• Conduct system testing and verification to ensure proper functionality.

• Guide customers and installers through technical procedures and best practices.

• Document service activities, technical issues, and resolutions.

• Collaborate with the technical support and engineering teams to provide feedback and escalate complex issues.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in energy storage technology and inverter systems.

• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during field visits.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in field service or technical support for Energy Storage Systems, Lithium-ion Battery, or Inverter Batteries.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, power electronics, and battery technology.

• Knowledge of inverter operation, installation, and troubleshooting.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).

• Ability to travel extensively to customer sites.
