Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Master Technician to join our automobile service team. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing complex vehicle issues, performing advanced repairs, guiding technicians, and ensuring high-quality service standards in the workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues.

• Perform advanced repairs on engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, and electrical systems.

• Utilize diagnostic tools and manufacturer software to identify faults.

• Support and guide technicians in troubleshooting and repair activities.

• Ensure all repairs are completed according to company and manufacturer standards.

• Conduct final inspections and road tests before vehicle delivery.

• Maintain accurate service and repair records.

• Assist Service Advisors in explaining technical issues and repair requirements to customers.

• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and workshop procedures.

• Participate in technical training programs and update knowledge on new vehicle technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• 5–10 years of experience in automobile service and repair.

• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, electrical systems, and mechanical repairs.

• Experience with OEM diagnostic equipment and tools.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Depending on experience and skills)
