Job Summary:
Responsible for handling customers, understanding their service requirements, coordinating with the service team, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from vehicle/service reception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their service requirements.

• Prepare service estimates and explain the work required.

• Create job cards and update customer/service details.

• Coordinate with technicians and the service team.

• Provide customers with regular updates on service progress.

• Explain additional repair/service requirements and obtain customer approval.

• Ensure vehicles are delivered on time and in proper condition.

• Prepare final invoices and explain charges to customers.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

• Follow up with customers after service and encourage repeat visits.

• Maintain accurate service records and daily reports.

• Achieve customer satisfaction and service-related sales targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance.

• Good negotiation and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Professional attitude and good teamwork.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred in automobile/service industry.
Qualification: Diploma/Degree or relevant automobile experience.
