Joshi Kia is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our after-sales team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service workshop, ensuring a premium ownership experience in line with Kia’s global service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle service requirements.

• Prepare detailed job cards and clearly explain service procedures, timelines, and cost estimates.

• Coordinate closely with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective repairs.

• Monitor service progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery.

• Maintain high service quality standards and customer satisfaction scores.

• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve complaints efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and Kia service protocols.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership or workshop environment.

• Diploma or Degree in Automobile Engineering or a related field (preferred).

• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, service processes, and repair workflows.
